Immediate response to any issue on the property getting ready for sale! Very professional analysis of the condition, to do things and realistic price for quick and easy sale! It took 24 hours to prep the property; 5 days to get an offer and 20 days to close it! Fast!!!! I'm working now on the next project with this team of real professionals.
